Fondation MERSO is built on a committed team, led by a founder whose personal experience inspired the project, together with professional collaborators and partners in Cameroon and the United Kingdom.
Founder, Fondation MERSO
Founder of Fondation MERSO, Dr RĂ©gine Mfoumou designed this project after caring day-to-day for her own mother, aged 86 and living with dementia. This personal experience remains the driving force behind a commitment to professional, dignified care for older people in Cameroon.

Day Centre Coordinator
Oversees the centre's day-to-day running and welcomes families.
Lead Care Assistant
Supports beneficiaries every day with care and attentiveness.
Activities Facilitator
Designs tailored cognitive and physical stimulation activities.
Administrative Manager
Manages registrations, partnerships and administrative follow-up.
